1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Arise Solutions' services (Arise Art Inc.), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Arise Solutions provides AI-powered operational systems designed to support healthcare and professional service organizations by reducing manual coordination work and improving day-to-day operations. Our services focus on deploying and configuring intelligent systems that work alongside a client’s existing platforms to automate routine communication, scheduling, and administrative workflows.

Our offerings may include, but are not limited to, Voice AI for inbound and outbound communication, digital agents that replicate manual staff workflows, smart scheduling and coordination systems, and workflow automation across practice management and electronic record systems. As part of these operational systems, integrated components may include web chat, automated text messaging, direct messages and email communication, websites, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, all-in-one communication inboxes, and lead intake or lead generation functionality, where applicable.

These systems are designed to operate in the background, handling repetitive coordination and administrative tasks so client teams can focus on care delivery, client relationships, and exception handling.

Arise Solutions does not provide medical, legal, or clinical services. Our services are operational and technical in nature and are intended to support, not replace, professional judgment, regulatory compliance, or clinical decision-making.

3. Registration and Privacy

To use certain features of our platform, users may need to register. Users agree to provide accurate and current information and to update it as necessary. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose user information.

4. Opt-In Communications

By opting into our email and/or text message communications, users agree to receive information, updates, and promotional material from Arise Solutions. Users can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Use of Service

Users agree not to misuse the services provided by Arise Solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, using the service for illegal purposes, attempting to breach security features, interfering with other users' access, or spamming.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software used in connection with our services are the property of Arise Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. No Warranties

All services provided by Arise Solutions are on an "as is" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of Arise Solutions' services shall be resolved through arbitration in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

9. Third-Party Services

Arise Solutions may integrate with or rely on third-party services. Users agree to use these third-party services in accordance with their respective terms and conditions.

10. Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions users provide regarding Arise Consulting's services shall become the sole property of Arise Solutions.

11. Termination

Arise Solutions reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user's access to our services, without notice, for conduct that Arise Solutions believes violates these terms or is harmful to other users, Arise Solutions, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Changes to Terms

Arise Solutions may modify these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, users agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
